Empire Point neighbors,

We have made the decision to postpone the Empire Point Christmas Party this Sunday 12/7 due to a predicted very rainy day. We have rescheduled the Christmas Party for the following Sunday, 12/14 from 2-4pm, still at the Durkee Residence (thank you to Ken and Paula Durkee for being flexible).

Note: Santa is unavailable on the new 12/14 date, so we decided to keep him for the 12/7 date. If your family would like to come see Santa to give him your Christmas lists and get pictures with Santa, please let us know by responding to this email, or texting Adrienne to set up a time at (954)319-2484. He will be at 4941 River Point Road (formerly the Catto residence, now Correia residence) for 2 hours.

Happy Fall to all of our neighbors!

We hope you are having a great start to your fall season and enjoying the slight taste of fall weather we have had these last few weeks. Fall is such a beautiful time of year throughout the neighborhood!

The busy holiday season is quickly approaching, and 2026 will be here before we know it! Please see the attached Fall 2025 newsletter with a lot of important updates and reminders for our neighborhood. Our recent quarterly Empire Point Community Council meeting in September was a huge success! We had a lot of new faces attend the meeting and more volunteering from residents to keep things running smoothly. We have a lot of exciting things on the agenda already for 2026! These meetings are open to all residents of our Empire Point neighborhood. We encourage everyone to attend!

Mark your calendars for our upcoming events listed in the newsletter. We hope to see you all in your best costumes for Halloween! Halloween is on a Friday this year, so we anticipate heavier traffic throughout the community. We will have a police officer, as we usually do, in the front of the neighborhood for added security and to assist with traffic.
