Categories:

1. Chicken Chili

2. "Real" Chili (NO BEANS)

3. Chili with Beans

4. Cornbread

EPCC will provide: common toppings, desserts and beverages, as well as entertainment!

Contestants must prepare between 3-5 quarts of chili and bring it already warm to the boat ramp between 01:30pm and 02:00pm. Tables and power will be provided to keep your concoctions warm.

All ingredients are fine to use, no restrictions. If you are using ingredients people may be allergic to, please let make small sign.

Each Chili will be judged on:

Presentation

Smell/Aroma

Flavor

Texture

Overall Impression

Each category received a score from 1-5, 5 being the best.
